I just called the NYS property dept and they said that the assessor in Sch'dy CAN answer questions concerning issues with assessments.

What is the law in NYS regarding recorded conversations?

Naturally, the mayor and his dem team are doing such a drastically TERRIBLE the city and home values are in massive free fall but they won't do a reassessment because that is EVIDENCE of failure.

It's getting to the point where homeowners cannot give away their homes in the city. And the proof of that is that even DV REFUSES to live IN the city.

Isn't that funny. The biggest cheerleader for the city refuses to live IN the city, won't even put his pinky toe in the city.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

The law says that it is olay to record a concversation if in a public area. It is always safe to record if you announce you are doing it.
