too bad the locals around here don't understand the foreigners cant obtain a mortgage from a US bank to purchase property - they have to pay CASH

So what does 'buying in cash' have to do with anything? It's what some do. Check out the new owners of ROTTENdam sq mall. How bout those apts at the industrial park?  Not to mention, that a friend of ours just bought their house in cash. CASH IS STILL KING!
