It's all about downtown. Proof positive that the city dems do NOT care about the people in the city, the neighborhoods, or the taxpayers.
And it is well noticed that NO ONE provides a shred of proof to the contrary

the streets are a mess with litter and other junk......and they are a mess....city can't even fix a pothole right....get the inmates to clean up...after all....free meals and a warm place to sleep....the city has gone to HE--.while the leaders are filling their bellies and filling their thirsts on clean STATE ST,,,
Another waste of time non issue. The whole City is a dump. Streets are collapsing from decades of negligent. Try driving on the right hand side of Millard towards Broadway. Guess someone has to have a head on collision before the DEM morons repave the street. Is lower State below Erie part of Downtown? It looks like London after the blitz. Empty stores on both sides of the street, Robinson's retail mecca aka (parking lot). Of course no one is held responsible and no one fired for total incompetence. Ditto on Broadway where the roofless business sits on a major gateway to the City. But the new curbs on Erie look AOK.
