Where do you start? We already have a great Moroccan restaurant that won a major award, Tara Kitchen a block from City Hall. They are not taking taxpayer handouts and are packed every night. The movie studio is a bunch of DEM BS that has already been canned. Mt Pleasant had a beer garden back in the day. As far as ALCO, the DEM morons want to push the last job creator Schenectady Steel off the ALCO toxic waste site to build apartments. The last thing we need is more housing with thousands of tax foreclosures and abandon properties in the City. Another park? The City can't maintain it's existing park system with the imploding tax base.
