Why doesnt someone call out the city administration on the numerous internal city departments that could be consolidated?

How many extra trucks, management and employees do we have because the departments are separate?  How much additional overhead do we carry to have this arrangement?

Move to a more consolidated arrangement will bring more transparency to the rising tax issue.

They don't want no transparency. Here's the game you talk about consolidation until after Election Day then consolidate nothing and keep screwing the
taxpayers. The years that have been wasted yakking about consolidation and nothing happens. Because the incumbents know that the public unions will insure re-election. BTW, Riggi has talked about this especially on the City Garage and nothing happens. The Gazetto likes to wax on about consolidation and transparency to fill editorial space. You want
consolidation? Dump the incumbent party that has bankrupted the City and imploding the County.
