Dems in the city doing such a "wonderful" job that they are taking valuable police resources to park a car on Brandywine to prevent people from going in a pothole.

If they would stop spending taxpayers money on downtown, which is NOT a necessity, there would be money for more staff to keep up with the potholes and let the police handle real crimes.

That pothole is huge. Ive lost a hubcap on Brandywine. Its a wonder my car is still in one piece. Altamont near the post office is a mess too.

Yes, both of those areas are horrible. They had a large barrel on Brandywine around 5:00 though. I wonder why they removed it; maybe to plow? Ha, ha, ha.....

its just the residents at fault again for the condition of the roads...has anyone notified the bunker downtown that its icy out and that it snowed?

but on a side note ,there's no chance of salt damage to your car driving anywhere around the city

Like they were newly paved a week ago, with the most expensive pavement materials known to man.

City of Schenectady is a crumbling city ( housing stock, schools, roads) and a Toronto Mayor Rob Ford look alike in McCarthy!

Maybe they could reclaim the pavement from the sewer treatment plant.  Thinking that it has been processing alot of pavement lately.

On a related note saw a plow truck going from Nott terrace onto Union Street with its plow down.  It continued down that way and then ran the redlight and turned onto Seward with its plow still down.  This was around 10am and there was not a flake of snow on the street.  GOOD for the PLOW, even better for the ROAD.  Last year they plowed up the reflective stripping from the same areas.   Plows shouldnt be so close to the pavement that they peel up paint.

Noticed that the plows also demolished some of the brand new storm greats on the new Eire Blvd.  Didnt take long.  Hammer down!

The DEMS are not concerned with infrastructure repair. They are into free bread and circus that someone else pays for. Major streets are crumbling
because of decades of dereliction of duty.

How long do you think it will take the city to repair/replace the Oak St bridge?
