Kosiur was talking something about Broadway and then he says something about there is progress in Schenectady

Progress?

Falling tax base
Falling sales tax revenue
Falling property values
Falling home sale prices
Falling home sales
Reduct6ion of ESSENTIAL services TO THE TAXPAYERS
Increase in people fleeing the city
Increase in vacant residential units--from studio apartments to one family houses.
Increased in vacant commercial properties
Increase in abandoned houses
Increase in tax foreclosures
Increase tax BILLS

Increase in kickbacks between the dem city/county/plex and their millionaire cronies.

That's called progress?????

Let's see anyone cite otherwise AND produce the EVIDENCE

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Ed Kosiur, every waking moment,  is 100% completely owned by Chris Gardner. Taxpayer's interests at heart? And the earth is flat too.

Tonights council meeting was a circus.

Interesting what Mary McClane said about wording in the Hiberian resolution that was then taken out.

Then Perazzo with the grand announcement about the three million dollars for demolition, and people clapped, they really don't have a clue.

And Jason Plank interesting info, but then Perazzo blasted him when I'm sure he did have facts to back it up.

And Kosiur going on about the schools...........

Thank God for Harry Brand the voice of reason.

I didn't catch everything in the meeting, some friends stopped over briefly, then a client called.

What was this about
