I am reminded that it is easy to take life for granted. While working, even the most rudimentary task can be deadly. Its hard to remember to be careful all of the time.

They say that the truck rolled off the lift and crushed the man. I wonder who forgot to put the truck in park or set the break?. Was it a mechanical failure or human error. Did the victim forget to do something or did someone forget to tell him to block the front AND back tires ?

I guess mechanical failure is a little easier to take than human  error

This is horrible news. I hope his family is ok. never heard of body works though, what could have caused this to happen there .

Basically sh1t happens and things go wrong, it might not be nobodies fault. Had a guy I used to talk to on another forum die the same way back in 09'
