Schenectady High School has many great teachers and students.  Kudos to the team from Schenectady High that participated in the NASA tech competition.  
Sad to say that the Daily Rag buried the story deep in the newspaper.  About the only thing that "newspaper" is good for is to wrap up a smelly nayboob and throw him/her in the trash.

The graduation rate for Schenectady High is 58.9%  (of the 760 students...448 graduated...leaving 312 without a diploma or GED).

WHY would any other Schenectady County school want to consolidate with a persistently failing high school??

I can smell the lawsuits from miles away.... Nisky and Glenville would begin marching with torches and pitchforks if this was proposed....
