OVER FOUR DAYS, STILL NO ANSWER Remember, I stated there would be no answer
What exactly have the nayboobs accomplished? Absolutely nothing .. but whine and moan .. and prattle on and on about how they think they can do everyone else's job better.
Not DV how about YOU state EXACTLY what the "non-nayboobs" have accomplished in the city????
What have they accomplished in regards to the city's tax base? What have the accomplished in relation to tax BILLS? What have the accomplished in relation to property values? What have the accomplished in relation home sales and home sale prices? What have the accomplished in relation in relation to essential necessary services to the residents and taxpayers? What have the accomplished in relation in making sure that the leaders in the administration are paying the taxes that the taxpayers do? (i.e., like Kilcullen, Olsen, etc rent or own a house IN the city and pay the taxes)
…
What so called "accomplishments" of The two Dem mayors and the dem council, can you cite that benefit the homeowners, their neighborhoods, their home values, and their tax bills????? Answers???? Evidence (like posting images of actual records that support your statements? Of course you can say downtown buildings have been redone and a handful of businesses opened but what effect does it have on residents tax BILLS, and then also, what businesses have opened that are NOT on the government dole?????
NO ANSWER
24 hours later
Sill no answer. We ALL know that DV will NOT answer what the dems in the past decade have done - to provide a return to the homeowners, to benefit the residents of the city.
It's just worth pointing out that no answer has been nor will be provided by DV, because the EVIDENCE shows no accomplishments and he can't find a shred of evidence to contract it.
...
Getting this message out to the people is CRITICAL to the city IF the city is to EVER BEGIN to come back.
OVER FOUR DAYS, STILL NO ANSWER Remember, I stated there would be no answerWhen are the boards going to lose the trolls and puppets |

My concern is that, with the new policies, people can't just casually scan these boards for a different take on some of the claptrap they see in the paper.I repeat myself, not to argue with the village idiot and his alters, because he hasn't got an argument, but I believe that you never know who might be viewing this for the first time. A lot of people just do not understand the whole tax situation, the 'legacy costs', etc. They don't see that the same issues that caused a Detroit, a Stockton, a Scranton or Harrisburg, are at work here today. |

Ed Kosiur will return to the City Council next month for a second tour of duty. The Woodlawn resident, a Schenectady Board of Education member, has mustered enough support from fellow Democrats that he now has a clear path to the open seat on the governing body. City Council President Peggy King confirmed Tuesday that Kosiur has the necessary votes to get his nomination out of the three-member City Development and Planning Committee, which she chairs. The agenda meeting gets under way at 5:30 p.m. Once that happens, the full City Council, meeting Monday, is expected to take action on Kosuir's nomination, added King. She said the Democrats have the four votes needed for Kosiur to be appointed to the seat vacated last month by Denise Brucker, who resigned to move to Niskayuna. Kosiur, who has some business to finish off with the municipal Housing Authority board, is expected to be sworn in at the March 3 council meeting, King said. Though Kosiur, 58, won the endorsement of city Democrats, he didn't have the backing of all the Democrats on the City Council. City Councilwoman Marion Porterfield had initially balked at endorsing Kosiur, saying she favored opening the process to new people interested in city politics. It was not immediately clear if Councilman Carl Erikson would support Kosiur. He did not return a call Tuesday seeking comment. Councilman Vince Riggi, a Independent who has been endorsed by Republicans, has said the selection process needs to be "an open and democratic, to give everybody a chance at being a council person. He was pushing to leave the seat open for a November election but the city attorney says the city charter stipulated the post had to be filled. Despite the Kosiur controversy, King said he brings a lot of experience because of his stints on the City Council, school board member and County Legislature. "For me he's got some experience that I value," said King. Kosiur was hired as a special assistant county commissioner after losing an Assembly race to Republican George Amedore Jr. in 2007. He earns $85,309 a year. In 2002, Kosiur was also appointed to an open City Council seat. School Board member Cathy Lewis said Tuesday that Kosiur is ready to step down from the school district job. "I know he is prepared to resign, when and if, he is appointed to the City Council," said Lewis. Democratic City chairman Dick Naylor said Tuesday that he was always confident Kosiur would prevail. "My expectation was that they would work it out," Naylor said of the divided Democrats. "Ed is a good guy and he's the guy everyone wants." http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/Kosiur-gets-nod-for-Schenectady-seat-5245737.php |

Yes, but they don't belong to the correct political party. There's an agenda, and Kosiur will be sure to rubber stamp whatever he's needed for. |

By taking a seat on the school board that he wasn't going to keep anyway, this hack blocked that nice man who had some good ideas to benefit the kids, from getting on the board. What will they do now? Appoint some other hack to the board, to continue their quest to destroy our system? What the people on the council did as far as Denise Brucker's seat, was disgusting. Sickening, and disgusting. |

Actually, there are PLENTY of hacks.. DEM front man Chris Garner created the phony $83K position Kosiur currently has. Had to keep Kosiur on the payroll until the Council opening came available. Apparently, it cost the DEMS $80k++ to find a spineless, yes-man to rubber stamp every fiscally irresponsible proposal the Mayor will present. |

Whatever it is, it would be interesting to find out why he FAILED to enforce that law when Barbara Blanchard CLEARLY could not serve City Dem party full of HYPOCRITES, just like their "fourth highest vote getter" when Mootooveren was the 4th highest but this year they REFUSED to appoint, refused to even remotely consider the WILL OF THE PEOPLE and appoint the 4th highest vote getter. HYPOCRITES plain and simple. It is a FACT, it is the TRUTH, and the EVIDENCE has been provided to support that FACT. And no dem cheerleader puppets or trolls can present one teeny weeny shred of evidence to the contrary. |

I was thinking the very exact thing. Of course my heart goes out to her, but I'm sure the doctors etc knew for quite a time that she would be unable to return to the council. |
