And who can explain WHY the taxpayers in the city were NOT told of these raises prior to election day?
As normal, the dems keep the secrets, don't state the real facts, don't divulge the truths to the voters before election day. The voting taxpayers do have a birthright entitlement to be told this information BEFORE the budget is passed, BEFORE the people vote.
