One of the few benefits of living where I do, I get to WALK to gatherings at various neighbors' homes, over the Christmas season. There are a lot of nice people still living around here. I don't have to worry about getting out on the highway in bad weather. I knew there was some reason I still like it here.

I can agree with that. It is nice not to have to fight through traffic just to get a bite to eat or a quart of milk.
