It's called 'Single Payer'... As was proposed originally in ObamaCare but removed by the GOP! Vermont already has it's own 'single payer' and may serve as a model for the country if it's successful. |

The reason we don't have single payer is because most Americans know what it is and don't want it. The reason we do have Obamacare, except we don't really have what was signed into law because the President keeps making illegal changes, the reason we do have it, is because the President flat out lied to the people about what it was, and nobody involved with its passage even read the bill before they voted on it. Then the President grants exemptions, waivers, and subsidies to favored groups who might oppose this monstrosity, just so he can say, "I reformed health care". Other countries can see this, too, the great United States, Land of the Free, brought low by an incompetent dictator, and no one will stand up and say, "enough!" His 'great accomplishment' THREE YEARS to get it right, the computer program doesn't work right, he keeps throwing out new rules to try to save the elections, you don't think others can comprehend how bad this is, just because our media has been complacent? Okay, off topic. But seeing the anchors on the networks just blithely tell us this stuff, wait a minute, our dictator has new orders for us, they don't call him on this stuff, ever! Barbara Walters admits on air "we thought he was the Messiah" and that doesn't wake people up? Everybody, look! The Gay Police are angry over some private citizen's thoughts, as expressed in a magazine none of us read! Everybody look over there! |

I'm still waiting for news of these "Illegal Changes"... Care to post them... What law did he break? I've been following ObamaCare from the start and haven't seen any "ILLEGAL CHANGES". |

Allowing people that had their insurance cancelled to purchase insurance that doesn't meet the ACA required minimum coverage. I guess that would be the equivalent to the governor unilaterally allowing some gun shops to sell AR 15's or sell pistols without a requiring a permit. |

Any changes to the law without Congress are illegal. The President has no more right to do that than you or I. I saw it too, some people without insurance because of the new regs are to be allowed to buy the catastrophic policies that were previously made illegalunder the Act. Or they can claim hardship, and do without coverage, without a penalty, but for how long? Nobody knows, because Obama throws this garbage out there on a Friday before a holiday and then runs off for vacation. Our complacent media really ought to be raising a few questions now, as to what the heck is this guy getting away with. When did we become a dictatorship? The guy should be impeached, and removed from office, already. |

Obama Repeals ObamaCare Under pressure from Senate Democrats, the President partly suspends the individual mandate. Dec. 20, 2013 6:41 p.m. ET It seems Nancy Pelosi was wrong when she said "we have to pass" ObamaCare to "find out what's in it." No one may ever know because the White House keeps treating the Affordable Care Act's text as a mere suggestion subject to day-to-day revision. Its latest political retrofit is the most brazen: President Obama is partly suspending the individual mandate. The White House argued at the Supreme Court that the insurance-purchase mandate was not only constitutional but essential to the law's success, while refusing Republican demands to delay or repeal it. But late on Thursday, with only four days to go before the December enrollment deadline, the Health and Human Services Department decreed that millions of Americans are suddenly exempt. Individuals whose health plans were canceled will now automatically qualify for a "hardship exemption" from the mandate. If they can't or don't sign up for a new plan, they don't have to pay the tax. They can also get a special category of ObamaCare insurance designed for people under age 30. ***
So merry Christmas. If ObamaCare's benefit and income redistribution requirements made your old, cheaper, better health plan illegal, you now have the option of going without coverage without the government taking your money as punishment. You can also claim the tautological consolation of an ObamaCare hardship exemption due to ObamaCare itself. http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702304367204579270252042143502 |

Denise Brucker cannot sell her property despite dropping the price three times. These DEMS refuse to admit what their insane property taxes have done to resale values. No one want to pay these DEM taxes. Erickson has the same problem and cannot sell after 3 years. The DEMS cannot find any new candidates and according to Marv Cermak will put Ed Kosiur back on City Council. Nothing changes but the taxes go up. |
