I drank raw milk for years in the 70 s. Raw milk in unpasturized milk. What the cow ate isnt considered as important  as not using radiation  tokill everything that is good in the milk and then try and put it back in.

Could of had some organic venison a little while ago, I was near exit 14 and a silver car just got totaled by a deer, not sure if anyone was hurt but a state trooper was next to us when it happened, hopefully everyone was ok

I've been buying Bison or free range grass fed ground beef for the last few years.

Comparing the Bison/Free Range beef to "supermarket" ground beef is easy.  The Bison/Free Range is
red... the Supermarket ground beef is pink!

1/2 head is a half of the cow.....when butchered...I split it with someone because I didn't have room in my freezer for the
whole cow.....

I also bought a 400lb hog after I ate 1/2 the beef that was in the freezer....delicious mmmmmmmmm

Lol!

I always wondered what that meant.

I should know that because my grandfather was a butcher his entire life.

He worked at Harold Wasserman's on Broaday across from the Ten Eyck apartments.
