Ok now the story changes, but isn't this still an assault? SCHENECTADY -- Police now say no one is in custody after reports that a student may have assaulted a student.
Initial reports said an incident happened in the back parking lot of Mont Pleasant Middle School, involving a 14-year-old student and a teacher. However, police say no such incident ever happened, and no one was ever taken into custody.
According to officials, a student in the guidance office pushed a chair, which did hit a teacher, but no one was injured. |

Teacher probably wasn't going to press charges because it would be more bad press about the school district.
Maybe the principal paid off the teacher to change the story? You never know in Schenectady, just like the cityco/plex DEMS and the multimillionaire downtown cronies and King Phillip, all paying off each other |

Pushed a chair, which did hit a teacher. That isn't assault. OK. I think I heard that excuse before, in a courtroom, no, I didn't fire a gun into a crowd of people, I wasn't aiming at them, I was aiming at one person. The teacher blocked the chair I was shoving for some reason, with her body. How many people, if a co-worker shoved a chair and it hit them, wouldn't consider it to be assault? |
