Isn't it amazing how some low guttersnipe from the machine can come up with a statistic that makes it look like taxes in SCHIT CITY are LOW!

Of course one would have to be in the Twilight Zone like all the old confused people, dribbling pablum pulling the dem lever thinking FDR is still prezeedent!

It's Bush's fault! Yeah!

In per "capata" (sic) terms, the cut and paster does not even understand the value of the statistic he just posted. I am breaking out in hilarity in regards to this imbecile's ignorance. What this actual data provides one, if one looks at the value, is a confirmation that there is no commerce in Schenectady from outside sources, nor is there significant value in the housing stock as reflected by mortgage tax proceeds. It affords the user no information as to the individual rates in regards to real property (that is a house or land for Box) or even to sales/use tax.

This is why we don't give the reigns of power to uneducated little children. I am surprised he is even allowed to operate a passbook savings account.

Dumb. Dumb dum-dum.

WOW!  After years of hearing how HIGH SCHENECTADY TAXES ARE, it turns out that they
are high, but compared to other NY cities, they are MUCH LOWER!

Residents of the Village of Wellsville in Western New York bear the state’s heaviest property
tax burden, with an effective rate of $62.63 per $1,000,

Binghamton is the most heavily taxed city, with an effective rate of $52.34 per $1,000.

With high taxes you expect a good return, something Schenectady is not getting. Roads are a mess, politicians are corrupt and the house values are still in the sh1tter and crime is through the roof.
