That rather nice house on Glenwood Blvd that the dems in the city claim will sell at at price of $182,000, wll it was listed for sale OVER ONE YEAR AGO, asking only $149,000.  With three price reductions they are now asking $112,000, that is a WHOPPING $60,000 BELOW what the dems claim the house would sell for!

Recent sales in that nicer section of the city

1055 Ardsley sold for $135,000, the DEMS in the city claim it would sell for $200,100.  It sold quickly, in one month but that's because the owners listed it for $50,000 BELOW what the city claimed it would sell for ($149,00) And now the owners will have bought a house for $135,000 and will pay a whopping $9,000 a year in taxes!  Leave the city and you can buy a house for $100,000 and pay half the taxes!

How about this HUGE WHOPPPING LOSS.   5 Morris Ave was purchased in Marcy 2009 for $243,000,  The owners fled the city already and sold at a DRASTIC LOSS, they sold it in September for just $133,000.

Have no time to look up more, but WOW!

May 2013
Mayor McCarthy and his team are doing a great job in the city.  Keep up the good work.

So Ronnie, are you STILL saying they are doing a "wonderful" job?    Yep, hiding in your cave, huh?  Not going to come out and address the evidence to the contrary?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

This is happening all our the County. County taxes are 4X higher than Saratoga County and 3X higher than Albany County also subject to "State Mandates"-no?
Denise Brucker cannot sell her Woodlawn home despite dropping her pants to $105,000. Brucker is fleeing the City because of the high taxes she voted for. But don't fret.
SEIU stooges Karen Johnson and Strawberry Fields have a plan to raise your taxes Countywide even more next year.
