Wrong box, under Paul's proposal, all 50 states can allow for abortion on demand.  That is the FACT of Paul's proposal.  I know you amped up the rhetoric, but his proposal does nothing to "prohibit" abortion.  Let's stick to the FACTS.  If states want to say a 20 week old fetus(when the sex of the baby is determined) can be aborted because the parents wanted a boy instead of a girl, they can write that into law justifying the abortion.

All this law does is give the unborn constitutional protection to life.  States legislate when a homicide is justifiable.  Cops seem to be able to terminate life in almost all circumstances.

If you make it illegal for a doctor to preform an abortion, and if it is illegal for a non doctor to
preform an abortion... .then outlawing doctors preforming abortions outlaws abortion.

You can dance around it all day Cissy.  The result of Randy Paul's Misogynist bill will outlaw abortion.
I ask you... if the bill passes, can a woman get an abortion or not?
Not some BS answer about "if the state passes legislation or any of your other poor excuses for the truth...

If the Paul bill passes (which we all know it won't) can a woman get an abortion legally in the USA?
Yes or No?

April 9, 2015 - Paul Blooms As Clinton Wilts In Colorado, Iowa, Virginia, Quinnipiac University Swing State Poll Finds

COLORADO: Paul 44 - Clinton 41
     IOWA: Paul 43 - Clinton 42
     VIRGINIA: Clinton 47 - Paul 43

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's lead is wilting against leading Republican presidential candidates in three critical swing states, Colorado, Iowa and Virginia, and she finds herself in a close race with U.S. Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky in each state, according to a Quinnipiac University Swing State Poll released today. In head-to-head matchups, every Republican candidate effectively ties her in Colorado and almost all Republicans effectively tie her in Iowa.

A bad day for Paul

Quoted Text
“In a series of interviews after the freshman senator from Kentucky declared
his candidacy on Tuesday, Paul turned prickly — briskly sidestepping tough foreign
policy questions from one journalist, lecturing another on how to conduct an interview,
and testily declining to clarify his position on abortion. And so, as Paul’s first full day
of campaigning drew to a close, the narrative surrounding his campaign came straight
from the candidate. It just wasn’t one he’d chosen himself.”

New York Times: “It is an incarnation of the senator that has appeared occasionally
since Mr. Paul first sprang onto the national political scene in 2010 — most often when
he has been confronted about shifts in his views over time or about a statement he has
made that has created a media maelstrom.”

Lol.  Actually, the Feds outlawing citizens trading drugs with one another is the same as the Feds outlawing abortion services with one another.  Taxation is the government taking money from who they want., when they want, and how much they want.  It doesn't outlaw the trading of goods or services between two people.  It steals people labor.  Hopefully this will help you see the difference between taxation and outlawing.

Like I said earlier, most Americans can't follow a chain of logic.  Especially hard core ideologues.

So... our elected officials (Say Rand Paul) can pass a law that is binding, legal, and forces US Citizens
to follow it's regulations about abortion... and that is ok with you.
But if our elected officials (say Rand Paul) were to pass a tax increase, that legislation is totally illegal,
non binding if it forces US Citizens to follow it's regulations.

Ya can't have it both ways Cissy boy.  Either it's govt, or no govt.  You seem to pick and choose which
legislation fits your purposes and then redefine govt to follow your agenda.

Tax legislation is binding... Rand Paul outlawing Abortion (if passed) is binding, but you see one as
fair and legal, the other as illegal and unfair.
Cicero... a government of one!

The Misogyny of Rand Paul
(Rand Paul seems to have a 'temper problem' when dealing with female reporters)

Quoted Text
en. Rand Paul (R-KY) denied on Wednesday afternoon that he has a problem with
female journalists, just hours after he got into a testy exchange with NBC anchor Savannah
Guthrie.

Paul was asked during an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer about the accusations from his
critics that his interactions with journalists have a sexist bent.

"I think I've been universally short tempered and testy with both male and female reporters.
I'll own up to that," Paul said. "And it's hard sometimes. As you know, like during our
interview right now, I'm looking only at a camera and it's hard to have a true interaction
sometimes, particularly if it's a hostile interviewer and so I do think that interviews should
be questions and not necessarily editorializing."

Can you picture this guy as the leader of the free world??? OMG!

Rand Paul didn't pass a regulation on abortion.  He proposed a law recognizing the personhood of the unborn, hence giving it the constitutional protection of right to life.  His proposal regulates nothing, the states regulate and legislate for any crimes against the right to life.  Remember the "stand your ground" law in Florida?  That was a state law permitting a person to take a life in a particular situation, without criminal penalty.

A tax increase or any tax isn't a law granting constitutional protection of life and liberty to an individual.  It's a law taking property.  You are mixing apples and oranges again.

Ya can't have it both ways Cissy boy.  Either it's govt, or no govt.  You seem to pick and choose which

Not true, I can support a governing body(public or private) that protects the life of people, and oppose one that takes people's property arbitrarily.

Tax legislation is binding... Rand Paul outlawing Abortion (if passed) is binding, but you see one as
fair and legal, the other as illegal and unfair.

The only thing binding in Paul's proposal is the unborn getting constitutional protection of life and liberty.

So a law requiring a pistol permit for the "constitutional protection of life liberty to an individual" would
be ok.

Then why does he talk about abortion in length when his personhood bill would end abortion in the USA?

Why discuss abortion as an integral part of that legislation if it isn't involved in his bill???

Rand's "ANTI ABORTION" Personhood Bill isn't  about abortion?

A bill to add police protection to US Citizens, will add cost for that service.  A tax to pay for that bill, a bill which
will "granting constitutional protection of life and liberty to an individual" is a tax to pay for that necessary service.
Taking property is your term for "I'M A SPOILED LITTLE BRAT AND I WANT EVERYONE ELSE TO PAY FOR MY

Rand Paul LIES, Plagiarism, and Copyright Infringement...What next?
Next is a Violation Of Senate Election Rules!
(Poor Randy... he just can't seem to get anything right!)

Quoted Text
Did Rand Paul’s Kickoff Violate Senate Rules?

A video produced to kickoff Sen. Rand Paul’s presidential campaign may have run afoul of
Senate rules designed to separate official government resources from electioneering, Time reports.

“The April 5 video, released two days before Paul announced his presidential bid in Louisville,
includes a clip of the Kentucky Republican on the Senate floor during the nearly 13-hour
filibuster in 2013 in which he temporarily blocked the John Brennan nomination for CIA director
over criticism of drone warfare. Using the footage, contained in a Fox News package on the
filibuster, appears to violate Senate guidelines on the use of video footage of Senate.”
