Quoted Text
SCHENECTADY — Hundreds of middle-school students failed at least one class last year amid disorganization at Mont Pleasant Middle School.

Of all the seventh- and eighth-graders in the district, including those at K-8 schools, 57 percent failed at least one class. In the prior school year, 47 percent failed at least one class.

He said Bush fell ill at the worst possible time.

Schenectady is improving.

speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

I would not go so far as to blame failing grades on a move, because it is a very lame excuse. However, I have been saying for years, all this shuffling of kids and closing schools, K-8 today, no K-8 tomorrow, is disruptive, expensive, and adds no value. They are still doing it, and they can't even do it right. Also, closing schools in neighborhoods full of children, such as Brandywine or Elmer Avenue, is bad for the neighborhoods, and bad for the city. Know we are claiming Elmer Avenue needs to be torn down? Like Oneida was/isn't in need of condemnation? I think that's just an excuse not to leave a boarded up building sitting there, to be vandalized. People get on the school board, and right away they have to start acting like big shots, "oh, close this building, add on to this other one", no value to the kids at all.

you see,,,the schools did all that moving....hence proving the point of repetition and indoctrination of same class, same school
same standard, same rhetoric etc etc etc......

the school is just as bad as the city gypsies....

NICE ANCHOR

the kids will learn to adapt...and it wont be for the status quo....it's called "ya gotta do what ya gotta do. you only have one life.
and I'm no Bill Gates/Zuckerman or some hollywood star or sport punk."

oh yeah,,,those kids got the message,,,and at their MOST impressionable time....

thank goodness......

Public school isn't failing...it's working just as designed.  A majority of the people are ignorant, dependant on government and incapable of critical thinking, that means easy to rule over.
