in other words, we count on stuff that exists in taxes/revenue but then later on get eaten up just because time moves forward and the value of the taxes/revenues received isn't there......
it becomes "just the way it is"....and when the 'revenue' gets removed the taxpayers are on the hook....
REMS is an issue of BLS/ALS.....nothing more.....it's called 'the food chain'....I know they are trained to do what they do.. but my question is why the police dept has to leech off ANY funds....JMHO
