No Cicero. I believe US Media, for the most part, is serving the public by reporting actual NEWS.
Lol! Yup there were WMD's in Iraq. The NYT said so - thank you Judith Miller! They always get the big issues like war right. List of news media supporting Iraq invasion. http://mediamatters.org/mobile.....ters-10-years/193117 |

I saw conflicting reports about WMD's in Iraq before the invasion. There were reports from Hans Blix, weapons inspector, as well as many others who reported that there were no WMD's in Iraq. The reports also reported the POLITICS who said that there were WMD's. In the end, those reports were both true... The facts were there was no WMD's... just as the UN and other inspectors reported. And, those who were supporting a war with Iraq, DID report evidence of WMD's... and they were wrong. |

Both true? Neither were in the interest of the American public. It was a manufactured story from the beginning. European countries like France were making billions off of the Oil for Food program and had a vested interest to influence pubic opinion against an invasion so they could continue making billions. Big surprise France was against the Iraq invasion but supports the bombing of Syria. What REAL interest do the wealthy French have in Syria that they are willing to split the spoils with America? Then you have the warmongering neocons and corporatist in America and Britain that had a vested interest in securing and controlling the oil coming out of Iraq. They couldn't stand by and watch the French businessmen get more wealthy off of Iraqi resources. So they to had to influence public opinion for an invasion - hmmm...WMD's sounds scary. Neither WMD's or no WMD's had any affect on the general public, EXCEPT for public consent in authorizing the spending of trillions of dollars and sacrificing the lives of young American men and women, and the slaughter of millions of Iraqi's - all so wealthy businessmen and government officials can become more rich and powerful. Americans fall for it every time! |

!
There were reports from Hans Blix, weapons inspector, as well as many others who reported that there were no WMD's in Iraq. The news reported this extensively, the Bushies denied the facts and went with their agenda to invade Iraq. The Lame Stream Media reported the FACTS. They reported the politics and the rumors. As they should. |

Classic. The racist Box and J.O, Box ought to watch and see how the "black" president wants to slaughter brown people. |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |

Syria: Former CIA Analyst predicts another False Flag AttackPosted by: M. Klostermayr September 8, 2013 Analyst predicts attack under false flag on US destroyers at Syria’s coast. Ray McGovern, a former CIA analyst, said in his new interview that there is a certain possibility that the U.S. administration in Washington is searching for a “false flag attack” in order to create a pretext for the planned US-led war on Syria. According to the statements given by this former CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) analyst, the Obama administration is looking for a “false flag” attack off the coast of Syria to start its planned military strike on DamascusThe ex-CIA analyst, Ray McGovern, even said that such a staged attack on US destroyers at the coast of Syria could already happen in the upcoming days. This would underline the fears and predictions of other political analysts and experts in the events in the Middle East and developments of such planned wars. http://www.syrianews.cc/syria-cia-false-flag-attack/ |

Pro-Israel groups in United States scramble to save Syria strike resolution By MICHAEL WILNER, MAYA SHWAYDER JERUSALEM POST 09/10/2013 00:59 AIPAC, AJC, WJC lobby as over 150 House members signal they will oppose measure; ZOA and other Jewish groups take less active role, believe that the question to bomb Syria is not clear cut. WASHINGTON/NEW YORK – Jewish groups are preparing a blitz on Capitol Hill this week to salvage a resolution that would authorize the use of force in Syria in response to a devastating chemical weapons attack outside Damascus on August 21. The effort, though, may be too little, too late, with over 150 House members already signaling that they will oppose the measure. Speaking to The Jerusalem Post, an American Israel Public Affairs Committee official acknowledged the difficulty of the task ahead, calling it a “challenge well worth undertaking.”“It’s difficult, but it’s doable,” the official said. “Anything of this importance is often this difficult. We’re not blind to the challenge here.” When asked about the last resolution that AIPAC pushed for in the House– which included a harsh sanctions package against Iran, aimed at bringing their oil exports down to zero– the official said his organization knew the Syria vote would be a heavier lift. http://www.jpost.com/Middle-Ea.....ke-resolution-325681
