Cheer cheer for the town dems as they have imposed another crushing financial blow on the homeowners in the town!

They have decided to force the homeowners to pay for GE's property and school taxes.

Just another reason to prove who the "working together" is causing home sales and prices in Schenectady county to go DOWN while they are going up in all other counties around.

Notice the tax ID for GE's property within the town:

And the record for that tax ID!

Notice in the above, the county tax bill ALONE is almost $2 MILLION.

Wow, cheer cheer for the dems, increase the taxes on the homeowners by $2 MILLION.

Yep, but WHO said that county taxes are the lowest in 50 years?????    Still waiting for that person to provide proof.

ROFL    TOTAL SILENCE from the supporters of the dems.

and yet another reason why ROTTENdam homes are losing value. not to mention most homes have been on the market for months if not years!!

ROTTENdam is obviously moving in the same direction as SCUMnectady.

The east end of ROTTENdam is alreay resembling SCUMnectady.........the west side is just starting!!! It's just a matter of time.

Come on folks........it don't take a rocket scientist here....does it?

MOVE OUT FOLKS!!!! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN....REALLY!!!

What is the reason that GE gets full exemption from both Rotterdam ($132 million)
and Schenectady also at 1 River RD ($65 million).

Plus the city lowered their assessed value by 24%.
