Just figured that a guy like box who sounds like he has a pretty comfortable lifestyle, would want to help those poor minimum wage workers that he cares so much about, and would extend his exemption to those struggling minimum wage workers. Or maybe you think they don't "deserve" it like you do. |

Abolish minimum wage laws.
Let the free market decide.
Government interference in the economy is what brought us here. |

Exactly, letting companies compete would drive salaries up, since there is a law companies use it to set their wages and there is no reason for them to compete. |

Raise minimum wage to $15 and give everybody making minimum wage a Veterans property tax exemption .
Cissy is so jealous that America appreciates our veterans enough to vote them a tax cut. |

noooooooooooooo......they are brainwashed into that mentality. It glorifies war........which gives the killing war machine it's power. It was all created, by design which gives GOV ALMIGHTY the power to promote violence and murder! and then the killing war machine throws the vets a bone by giving them a 'tax break'....forcing everyone else, who is against war/murder/violence to foot the bill. Nice job GOV ALMIGHTY!! And then they put the violence and murder to music to give the killing war machine yet more power.....SHAMEFUL |

I DO pay my fair share, (Cicero is so jealous!) and, unlike you, I pay my taxes with a smile! I collect my STAR exemption. I make all legal deductions and exemptions, and have no worries about a tax audit. Fair share??? YUP! I pay mine!
Quoted Text
So Cissy, do you do YOUR FAIR SHARE for your country??? (Cicero looks at the old JFK axiom a little differently) "Ask not what you Cicero can do for his country... Ask what his country can do for Cicero!"

And you got to love how he attacks the rich for tax breaks, the ones who did more for this country then box ever did. |

Just figured that a guy like box who sounds like he has a pretty comfortable lifestyle...
What a strange statement! I live a 'pretty comfortable lifestyle'??? (Again, Cicero sounds jealous)I'm an old guy on a fixed income. I ski, but only with discounts and only midweek when the price of a lift ticket is much cheaper. I rollerblade on 7 year old blades. I bought my kayak used and it's probably 20 years old. I live in a high property tax area. I mow my own lawn and shovel my own snow. I haven't been on a plane in 20 years, and don't have a vacation home in Florida. I do own a few toys, but they are very old and purchased used, and worth a few thousand dollars at most. I do live within my means and I do enjoy life... Is that what you mean by Comfortable Lifestyle?Living within my income??? Shouldn't we all "enjoy life" and shouldn't we all "live within our income"? |

Yea all those lucky guys in the military!!! They got it made! Here we are paying their (pittance) wages and what to they do... they bleed all over the place from their war wounds. How ungrateful. Henry's post says much more about Henry than it does about it's subject matter. |

And todays military volunteers for it unlike before while being brainwashed into believing they're fighting for our freedoms, please. |
