what I meant wa....not all can afford the retail from the Malls.....so second hand shops are invaluable to those who need and want to look

no but property owners might care more if ASSESSMENTS were completed as per state law - once every 6 years  - because then you wouldn't be penalized to upgrade YOUR PROPERTY
