Is King Phillip paying his taxes?   I think the listings of "delinquents" are those that are more than two years.

Are the taxpayers paying King Phillips taxes?

NO ONE is making an offer on his house.

City claims it's  market value is under $160,000 but King Phillip is mortgaged to the nth degree (he is mortbaged for about a quarter million dollars---public record).

Mary Mary listed listed it at the start of 2013 for $259,000 and has not dropped it at all, not one penny reduction, but no one willing to buy at that price.

Funny, she listed it at the start of the year but now it shows as newly listed in June 2013 -- who are they paying off to lie about the date it was listed for sale?

It's obvious he's not getting any income from the place.   IT IS EMPTY.   NO ONE even willing to rent!!!!

I didn't look, but I would doubt it because the mayor and plex would make sure they'd find some grant money to pay any taxes due on the Front St house.

This is something I have wondered about. Some of these houses, not in foreclosure, staying on the market for YEARS, with no price reduction - usually people get so desperate to unload and quit shouldering the tax burden they dump their houses for next to nothing, especially people moving their parents into another living situation, it's heartbreaking that they lose their lifetime investment that way. But some of these house sit vacant for two, three years? What is going on? I know some probably figure they'll put off the taxes until they sell, but don't they get anxious after a year or two? Very, very strange.
I'm wondering if the overpriced house at Garner and Grand has sold. No realty sign any more, but I would expect to see a big SOLD sign to brag, if that white elephant got unloaded.

I thought this thread was about the city's bank account

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
