NYer's pay a $10 fee per car, per year, to insurance providers who then turn the money over to the state who use it to fight auto theft and insurance fraud. OR DO THEY? According to the State Comptroller's Office, most of the money we've been paying is NOT going towards fighting fraud at all. An example of what the money NYer's thought was being spent to fight auto crime is being spent on other things -- like a security detail for Governor Cuomo.

If $10 is good, then make it $100 or a $1000 and it will be BETTER! The gov' NEEDS more money, stupid people. Don't you SEE that?

Why does this large size full grown man get to have a security detail and we don't get to secure ourselves? Why is he more important? Oh, he's a target because he's the governor? Women are targets every time we step out alone in public, aren't we? Where's the security detail for the little kids who want to play in Jerry Burrell park? This whole security issue, we get security where we don't want it or need it and where it isn't really security, politicians decide they need it but we don't, it's madness.
