Dems keep talking about working together works.

Does it?

How is it working toward getting people to invest in the county, buy a home in the county, live in the county?

This is the the first six months of 2013 as compared to the same period last year.

                                      # of Sales      Sale Price

Schenectady Co         -   4.0%      -   1.4%
Saratoga Co            + 12.6%       +   2.9%
Albany Co              +  5.2%       +   4.1%
Rensselaer Co          +  7.0%       +   2.5%
Montgomery Co          +  7.8%       +  10.7%

We are blowing Saratoga away

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I know!

We feel bad for them.
So we went and put our house up for sale, here in the great city of Schenectady, and decided to help out the poor citizens of Saratoga Co. by buying a nice chunk of property to add to their floundering tax base.

The overall news report:

Quoted Text
July 22, 2013
Capital Region Experiences Strong First-Half 2013 Housing Sales
Based on statistics released today by the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® (GCAR) it is clear that the first six months of 2013 proved to be an active time in a strong market inNew York’s Capital Region. The report is based upon data collected by the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service, Inc. a regional service owned by GCAR and the Saratoga Schenectady Schoharie Association of REALTORS®, Inc.

Miguel Berger, 2013 GCAR president says, “When we look at the first half of this year we focus on several different statistical data points. The first, which is probably of most interest to home owners, home buyers, and persons considering a change in their housing, is the median and average price of a home. If we compare the January through June values of this year against 2012 for the same period we see that both numbers, the average and median price, increased by 4%.” Mr. Berger adds, “Couple those statistics with an increase in the number of closed transactions of 6% and we have an active, healthy residential market. Certainly the market could be even better but so much relies on external factors that it is hard to project a significantly better market in the near future. But what we have right now is very good.

But what about Schenectady?????

Golub and Galesi work together well.

They are so wealthy they are expanding to other cities to drive their taxes up too.

Guess all the handshaking, Plex payouts and Galesi scams aren't working out so well anymore? Too bad Gillen can't pay off State Depts to fudge the numbers like the Gazette will.

Looks like this little trip is coming to an abrupt end.

Let's see what lob job McCheesy and Gillen wind up with when all hits the fan...

I am sure anyone would have gotten that grant and free taxes, even if they didn't pay gobs of cash to the democraps for donations

Yup, most dems are former reps.  Judy Dag?  Angelo Santa?

They are professional leeches.  It's a charade.  Change your party affiliation, and PRESTO!

You're right Bumble, the one party system (rep/dem) only breeds political-sheeple and corruption. Unfortunately for the DEMS, their total incompetence is never-ending... not even one of them has the hutspa to say no to Galesi.

That's what happens when you would rather do what a DEM mouthpeice tells you rather than do what's best for each City and County voter ..after all the voter put you there.

Guess we're looking for more indep Vince Riggis...he's the only truth teller.

mc1............you HAVE to know that it would be NO different today if the reps were in control for the last decade!!
You and everyone else has a right to be pissed.....but don't put all  your pissed eggs in one basket. IT IS THE SYSTEM!!!
Like i stated before.....if all of the dems rich supporters were to suddenly sway their financial support to the reps.......NOTHING WOULD CHANGE!!!
It's time for everyone to open their eyes and see it for what it is!!!

Our system (BOTH DEM AND REP) is corrupt and we are their working slaves on the wheel that they don't give a crap about except for the tax dollars they can take from us..........What are YOU and EVERYONE ELSE going to do about it?
