Yup and they stay in power by playing the people against each other, meanwhile the politicians all laugh at us.

The conversation was inappropriate and shows poor judgement. They had to have known that the microphone was picking up their conversation so the fact that such a conversation was taking place in front of an open microphone shows even poorer judgement.
What is with all the wasted time at these meetings? Set an agenda, sit down, follow the agenda and get the business done.
