The agendas for the upcoming Planning Commission (7/16) and Zoning Board (7/17) meetings are not posted yet. I guess the residents of Rotterdam don't need to know the subject matter in advance. Heck....their neighborhood may be affected by any business that is being conducted! ***** Just keep voting for the incumbents and their party so they can put their buddies on these two boards. That's the way the Rotten-dam residents like it...no brain matter required!
And of course, the planning committee member that posts on here, he wouldn't dare breathe a word to tell the taxpayers what the TAXPAYERS HAVE A BIRTHRIGHT ENTITLEMENT to know.
How the hell does this town have a planning committee member who is not a taxpayer? (not via paying taxes by being a homeowners NOR being a taxpayer via being a renter). When one is not a taxpayer, then one is not beholden to those who he/she is supposed to serve, but rather that one is beholden to the party line---obama, cuomo, dag, gardner, mccheese, buffy and so on. Don't let the "signature" fool you.

Good try on the Town's part but the Planning Commission agenda is posted for both the PC Meeting as well as the ZBA meeting! "A" for effort..."F" for accomplishment.

Easier said than done, for most. How many can take a loss upon selling their home. I am amazed at how LOW houses are selling for on the more eastern side of the town, mid $70's to $120's. Same or less than people paid 10, 15 years ago!
