So, WHEN is the city going to take him into court and take his properties?

When is the WUSS McCheese going to seize FP's expensive Nisky house to get the money back?   How much is Popolizio paying McCheese's political campaign?

And WHAT has McC done to force a repayment to the taxpayers of the demo costs of that building on McClellan that FP did not have insurance on?

Property taxes aren't mandatory for any given year.

The city can't seize property until more than 3 years are past due.

Paying late means 18% interest on the amount due.

It's actually better for other taxpayers when people pay late.

The late payers pay 18% more.
