I never understand the empty shelves that happen with storms...ok, maybe bread or milk, the type of things that people buy on a weekly basis and buy early to make sure they have it...but shovels and flashlights I dont get. How come everyone runs out and buys shovels when their is a blizzard, what happened to their shovel from last year...what happen to their flashlight from the last power outage?
Because there is always those who think it won't happen to them until it is to late, you look at how fast items can become gone just because of a blizzard or a 1 night power outage, imagine what a real disaster would do. |
