People use the word "sacrifice" far too loosely nowadays. You have those that sacrificed themselves for liberty fighting the Revolutionary War against imperial England. Now people fighting in undeclared offensive foreign war for profit in a 3rd world country is consider a sacrifice. I guess laying down your life for the government no matter the reason is a sacrifice. Even if you know that the war you are in is a racket.
