Really?   What homeowners have money to go out to dinner and see a show after they have paid their own taxes, paid Proctors taxes, paid Morris' ILLEGAL STAR exemption, paid for a golden ceiling at Proctors, paid to build new buildings (for millionaires and billionaires) downtown, paid to rehab buildings, and now the homeowners are being ordered to fix up their own homes and are getting fined if they don't do it.   But with a house hold income of just $37,000 (EVIDENCE, DV, from the census---that's right, you don't provide evidence of ANYTHING you say), would you care, DV, to state HOW people can afford to go to dinner and a show and dessert?


That's right, you wouldn't know how people can't afford it.  You think everyone is made of money; you are unemployed and live of the taxpayer dole, so you don't understand household budgets (or government budgets either)
