House on Londonderry.   Check out that woefully long outdated kitchen.      Hey DV, are you MAN ENOUGH to spend that much money for a house that needs tens of thousands of redoing.   Hey, maybe if you buy it, you dem mayor will steal money from the existing homeowners to update the house.

The Ray Ave house, been trying to sell on and off since June 2008.   HEY DV, THAT'S 5 YEARS - great city as YOU claim.  can you explain why NO ONE IS BUYING????????    WELL???????  
Recently listed 4/12/2012 for $169,900, no price reduction, removed July 2012.   No sale
Changed realtors, listed 12/1/2012  for the same $169,000, listing removed two months later.   No sale
Owners now trying to see it themsleves with no reduction in price.  
Taxes ballpark based on tax rates and estimate water plus sewer plus trash


Once again, the ones in green are making repeat appearances on the mayor's grand tour.

Is DV MAN ENOUGH to explain why houses are listed for often a year ore more, and included on the his dem buddy mayor's taxpayer funded grand bus tour, and and the houses STILL WON'T SELL?????????   Why is that DV?????    Are you MAN ENOUGH to provide an answer??????
