Please join us to protect our 2A rights.  Your participation is needed now, more than ever.  We must be diligent and show our support.  The following is from Kevin:

We are returning to Albany on May 21st to demand a FULL REPEAL of the NY SAFE Act!  Hundreds of thousands of postcards lobbying for support of #A5955, which is sponsored by Assemblyman Steve Katz and calls for full repeal, will be delivered to all of the legislators.  Sheriff Mack will be joining us!

Postcards are now available at Zack's Sports for the next 4 days, Wednesday through Saturday.  May 15th-18th
There are 200 postcards per person that need to be signed. (One for each State Legislator)
I will deliver the postcards at the rally in Albany on Tuesday, 5/21/13.

We have the postcards and the pens. We just need you!!!

Thanks,

Kevin

Most New Yorkers support the NY SAFE Act
April 2013
Sixty-three percent of voters say they support the new gun laws,
while one-third oppose the SAFE Act.
A majority of Republicans -- 55 percent -- oppose the law,
while a vast majority of Democrats (83 percent)
and downstate voters (79 percent) back the NY SAFE Act.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

I'm a voter and I was never questioned or asked my opinion on it, did anyone else here ever get a call about if you support the safe act?

By the way I don't know anybody who supports it and I talked to dozens of people about it, including some who voted for Quomo.

Henry only believes in polls that agree with his agenda... they are sacred.  Any opposing view is always suspect.

No you said a 63% of voters agree with the law,I'm a registered voter and was never asked or questioned, were you called? By the way I could care less about it, I consider it a unconstitutional law thus void in my opinion, and trust me I'm not the only one.

I don't believe those propaganda pieces either. The NY SAFE Act is badly written law, passed in the night. It should be repealed for that reason. If you want to repeal the second amendment, you have to repeal the second amendment. That would be a federal issue.

Call Quinnipiac and tell them that they don't know what they are doing.

(Someone explain to Henry how polls work)

I talk to people of all political backgrounds and none of them support it, in my travels I think I would have found one if that poll were correct.

What is the percentage of the 3.1 million voters registered independent or other?

I am glad to see George Amedore taking a public stand on this important issue.  Hope to see him running for public office in 2014.  He will have my full support for whatever office he chooses to run for.

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
