You forgot Bush's Patriot Act and indefinite detention at Gitmo.  Bush wasn't a progressive socialist though.  I never thought the definition of "conservative" included going around the world into sovereign nations and kidnapping their citizens and throwing them into detention camps.  That used to be the philosophy of the internationalists or COMMUNIST.
