I just noticed United Appliance Parts is now located across from Broadway lunch.

I'm wondering if this is a move from Erie Blvd to Broadway, so that Metroplex will lavish
them with gifts to move back to downtown, after, or if, the construction ever ends.

That place is great.  Good people there.
