If there is drug activity of any consequence at a location, it becomes blatantly obvious, believe me. And if it isn't blatantly obvious, what's the problem? We won't hear about what went awry in this case, just as we've heard nothing about how evidence came to be destroyed in the hit-and-run case. None of the "media outlets" bother to ever follow up on anything. Carl Strock was the last investigative reporter, I think, before he gave it up near retirement and took up Christian bashing for fun.
"Schenectady hit and run trial set, minus truck SCCC student, 19, was killed while crossing Erie Boulevard Friday, March 22, 2013 By Steven Cook (Contact) Gazette Reporter Text Size: A | A The aggravated vehicular homicide trial of a man accused of striking and killing a local college student is set to begin Monday with one key piece of evidence no longer available for inspection — the truck he was driving at the time.."
Now THAT'S strange Visitor. Anthony Gallo's truck was destroyed by the towing company and now the Cassandra Boone trial is missing the crucial piece of evidence.
Haven't heard how the department let that happen??????
Ask Visitor, he is chief apologist
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
Even worse than the poor DWI processing of that cop who crashed into that Rugby Road teee.

That case was more difficult because of the time lapse.
So let me get this straight. This was a case where you knew you had a drunk cop and had additional time to get it right but that made it more difficult? There are time lapses in some of the most extreme crimes - hit and runs - murders - rapes. I hope your batting record is better for those. Are your success rates better for things that happen on the fly?

Funny how when a regular civilian is arrested for DWI, absolutely all protocols and legal formalities are followed to the letter, making it almost impossible for him to wiggle out of it. Yet when a cop gets arrested for DWI, the arrest is quite routinely bungled.
They like to use the excuse that special care must be taken because the officer's career might depend on the outcome.
Well guess what. No matter who you are, or what you do for a living, when you go to jail, you lose your job. Why are they so special?

TIB - Do a little reading and you will quickly learn why DWIs are time sensitive investigations.
And, I am certainly not accepting the assertion that most people lose their job because of a DWI. Unless you drove for a living and had a job concerned with a security clearance - why would you lose your job?
this is disgusting..........if it weren't for this guys cameras....he'd be rotting in jail for 25 YEARS for a crime he NEVER committed! The corrupt informant would get a pass, the cops would call it a victory and the gazetto would be the cheerleaders!!!
ENTRAPMENT AT IT'S BEST!!!
I hope the guy sues the A$$ off the spd and their cohorts!!!!
Who the hell approved this ENTRAPMENT SCAM??? They should be FIRED!!!
SHAMEFUL!!!
DON'T DRIVE, WORK OR LIVE WHERE THE SPD HAS JURISDICTION!!!!
Scotia PD and the Sheriffs were the ones involved. Not the SPD.
"Holy crap!! Did she EAT Bob??"
Not everything on the Interweb is truth. Only a gullible fool would believe otherwise.

I understand that these things are time sensitive due to blood alcohol levels changing by the hour. The cop was still over the legal limit hours later.
Can this cop who got off still arrest someone now for DWI?
Not really concerned about anyone losing there job after receiving a DWI. It is what it is. If they need a car to get to work or a iscence to make a living then they should have to deal with it. My point is that it appears to happen all to often where the police mess up procedures when another cop is involved. You state that these police are highly educated and highly trained.....well then they need to get results and convictions.

convictions are based on our legislator handlers and the laws they enact....how managed should we be????

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Your comment just proves how far removed you are reality in the private sector, the ability to understand right from wrong, and how much accountability matters in the real world.. Therein lies the problem with our modern-day policing agencies and their personnel.
