Realtors are too dispirited to make much effort in Schenectady, despite the propaganda you see in the paper. Spruce street has cute little houses that those of modest means would've loved to own, were it not for the criminal/mental patient/welfare tourist/addict dump established by government in theCentral State Street area. Gee, when you make people pay high taxes so you can benefit wealthy cronies, and then you dump undesirables in their midst, they don't want to stay there and pay the taxes any more. Who could've seen that coming?

Things are much worse than 2 years ago. The City is busted with a $10 million deficit and no business person on the Council. The school district is the laughing stock of Upstate NY. Pull your kids out of the district and into Brown School or St Helen's. Don't say it can't get worse Ed Kosiur is the new machine stooge for School Board in the City!

"Union College" was a picture I cannot identify. What a slap in the face of Union by a regime of idiots who hate higher education and wish the whole world would be dumb like them. It was not anything to do with Union College.
