What the effect of downtown will be on the coming tentative assessment roll?
DV, as a result of the wild uncontrolled spending of taxpayers' money on downtown, will the coming tentative assessment roll (next week) show:

Just another cop-out excuse response from DV because DV knows I am highly intelligent, DV knows that I am correct when I state that the city's tax base is falling as a result of the wild spending spree of the his dem buddies.
