DV is at it again???....there will only be foot traffic allowed.....and this bridge will remain closed...there is no money to fix or replace it......was never taken care of.....never.....that bridge is needed.....too bad what's happened...
.concentrate on downtown...hostages are the citizens to restaurants and bars..... never mind the rest of the city.....way back when.....was the greatest ...never see that happen again...
