So I'm looking at the picture and it seems that the leg he's holding is a little thinner than one might expect from a person of his size. It sort of looks like a female leg. So it begs the question, just who is under the table? What is he/she doing under the table? Could the leg belong to someone in town government? Or has he just inserted foot into mouth?

"Holy crap!! Did she EAT Bob??"

Not everything on the Interweb is truth. Only a gullible fool would believe otherwise.

I am neither Left wing nor Right wing. I am gro-wing.

Still more EVIDENCE

Excerpt from today's Times Union:

Quoted Text
Schenectady

The city school district ...

But instead, Superintendent Larry Spring has presented a $158.4 million budget to the school board that has a 1 percent tax levy increase — and along with it the closure of a prekindergarten building and increased class sizes for all grade levels — as a way to appease voters in a city in which property values are in decline. The board is expected to vote on the budget Wednesday.

...

But people should just close their eyes to the ever increasing spending on downtown which in turn results in ever increasing taxes which in turn results in ever declining home values, just kept being optimistic and everything will be just peachy, people will be unable to afford their medications because they are paying increasing taxes and that's just fine---nothing negative about people being unable to pay for their medication because they are paying for downtown.

And DV CANNOT and WILL NEVER provide even one teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE that things are improving for the homeowners in the city!    He will NEVER provide one teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE to support anything he posts on here.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Betcha' the admin and teachers salaries aren't frozen, or that their medical benefits are decreased or that the retirement plans aren't revamped.

No, just school closings and bigger class sizes.

Typical iron-clad union stronghold.

I don't like the way that paper is throwing around the word "appease", like people who want clean, efficient government or who don't want their tax dollars wasted are some kind of angry mob.

I've come to the conclusion that some form of school voucher system might be necessary to get rid of problems like Larry Spring. I have defended public schools, particularly Schenectady's, up and down for years, but the system isn't what it was. Why should people like Parent have to move out of Schenectady because of incompetent, delusion frustrated social workers who can take their money but won't provide a decent environment that they find acceptable for their kids?
Property values are in decline now, but during the years when they were supposedly up, did the schools cut taxes? Also a system that is always hurting for money manages to pay $6,000 monthly to an insane janitor terrorist who sits in jail. $6,000 a month, to someone who awarded himself overtime for going in to switch off lights after events, a job the lowest paid worker does in other districts. Overtime, despite having taken time away from work to "go out to breakfast". How did that expenditure teach someone to read at grade level? The schools have lost all credibility.
