First three months of 2011: Number of Sales was 62. Median sales price was $89,900 First three months of 2012: Number of Sales was 58. Median sales price was $84.000 First three months of 2013: Number of Sales was 55. Median sales price was $81,700

We are all sure DV is willing to engage in intelligent conversation and explain HOW the city is on the right path based on the continual reduction in home values as shown by the evidence of actual sales from official records (while overall and outside the city home values are increasing), while the tax bills are increasing.

So that means people should close their eyes to falling home values in the city, falling home sale prices, increasing taxes, and pretend like everything is wonderful and people in the city should just accept financial losses in their life in the city--as long as the city/co/plex leaders are cutting essential services to the taxpayers while giving permanent 100% tax exemptions to the ultra rich politically connected owners of downtown properties. Is that correct DV? Perhaps you can engage in intelligent conversation and explain how homeowners taking great financial losses and loss of essential services is a reason to be optimistic.
