Has Vince Riggi declared himself a candidate for Mayor? Or is the talk of Vince as the next Mayor just a grass roots thing. I only ask because he's always given the impression that he wants to represent the people, and he is (his own words) an ombudsman. As Mayor wouldn't he be more of an Administrator rather than a direct representative of the people? I would think that a better plan would be to find like-minded people and get them elected to the council. Just seems a better idea to me to have a council full of "Riggi's" rather than one at the top. JMHO
