But you have to consider that you are not responding to each part of the area with regularity.

Rachel SPD has 145 police officers - 5 command level officers - 150, not 170.

Well apparently the City has no clue how many officers you have because their website says 160 in some places and 170 in others.

Have to agree with Cicero and Madam, most officers do not live in the City unless they are forced to..you know...when they live with their parents. Most of these officers do not have a vested interest in this City..kinda like all the teachers in the school district. Both sets of individuals know how bad the City and school system are.

Doesn't say much for trying to improve the reputation of the City...eh?

Speaking of that reputation, people are going to that Beyond the Pines movie and coming away with the mindset that it is realistic because one of the central themes is dirty Schenectady cops. Really. That ought to help attract new residents.
