Officer cut badly, teenager charged. SCHENECTADY -- A city teen faces felony charges for causing a severe injry to a police officer pursuing him, authorities said.
Sean R Wilcox, 16, of 544 Summit Ave., is accused of fleeing officers Sunday on Crane Street. During the chase a fence caused Officer Eric Owens to suffer a cut described in court papers as severe.
He suffered "serious bleeding"......
Police had been trying to stop him for an investigation....
