Taxpayer funded party for realtors.   "Distinguished" speakers.  Hmmm, the double dipping mayor, the over-paid, $225K + taxpyaer paid, illegal double dipper of STAR King Phillip!   The $160K+ taxpayer paid ray of death.

And a bus tour for the realtors.

Held in a tax-exempt, taxpayer funded property, being fed by a tax exempt, taxpayer funded bakery.

Obviously MORE EVIDENCE that there is NO RENAISSANCE in the city.  Just another act of desperation by the mayor who can't get houses to sell when the equalization rate is set to go up even more and McCheese is trying to use taxpayer money to bribe the realtors!

Lavish lunch courtesy of the taxpayers at the tax exempt, taxpayer funded lavish banquet hall.

And of course, the taxpayers pay for the parking.

Can anyone go?  Why don't we all register and go for the free food?

Hell many Schenectady homeowners can be considered real estate agents , trying to get rid of our houses as fast as possible.

I'd like to sign up the residents of Bethesda House.

Philip Morris can talk about "Why Schenectady is Good Enough For Other People".

Larry Spring can talk on "What Kind of School District is Attractive to New Residents, and Why We Go Out of Our Way Not To Provide It".

Ray Gillen can talk on "The Only Business Downtown is Thanks To Me, Just As Soon As I Get Rid Of the Last Few Stragglers".

What kind of escorted bus tour? A police escort?
Don't take 'em up Eastern. Those recessed manholes are murder on the spine.

That tour will take some careful planning to avoid boarded up properties.

Hell yeah, go ahead and register, just send an e-mail

Go hang out down there and take photos of the bus.   Maybe you can get to the bus driver before McCheese and his cronies come out, ask the bus driver what route he's taking

Be sure to get a pic of the cheerleader with his pom poms

I think he's mistaking those for house fires.

They aren't street lights, they're large colonoscopes.

That's the night when the lights went out in Doidville.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

owning a home isn't the only American 'dream' especially in suburbia....

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Haven't we had enough already?

Fact is, you'll NEVER get intelligent people (those who realize that the taxes in Schenectady are three times the amount in neighboring counties and villages) to buy...doesn't matter if it's Realty USA, Coldwell Banker, Miranda or by following the Northern Star.

Here's an idea McCheesy Gill...have the PLEX BUY THE FORECLOSED/VACANT HOMES...have the Plex upsurp these taxes as they are allowing the City to die from the businesses which are tax exempt.

No need for a luncheon...get a degree in economics.....

But! THEY WILL GET MORE LEECHES AND WELFARITES!!! That is ALL they really WANT!

Don't mistake a PLAN for desperation. Destroying the tax base, driving out the middle class (those rascals are able to still vote Republican) and making sure taxes need to double every 7 or 8 years so those evil non-connected businesses have PAY PAY PAY- is a PLAN! All the while they take care of their cronies very nicely.

Democraps don't so this stuff by accident. They do it to stay in power and to get more powerful. They eat the dead carcass of the city in three meals every day. Just LOOK at the role models: Chicago and Detroit. Trying to actually 'fix' things would be counterproductive in the minds of the Constant Gardner and the rest. This is how communists do things- they TEAR DOWN, not build up! Then they have their mouth pieces go out and SAY JUST THAT TO ANYONE SEEKING TO SPEAK UP TO THEIR EVIL INJUSTICE! Reference DVOR.

You have to start wrapping your minds around the fact that what you see as a good thing and what THEY see as a good thing are polar opposites.
