I wonder do these two live at Yates Village, because I wonder why a 24 year old and a 27 year old man with young children to care for had the leisure to be out settling grudges. None of the fathers of young kids that I know have extra time for themselves like that. If they don't have families to care for, I think they shouldn't be living in or hanging around public housing because there are people living there struggling to raise children with limited means, and they don't need violent males roving the projects, making their lives even more hellish.

I don't think they actually care about who lives where.

The DA should throw the book at him. BTW, he's running for re-election AGAIN. How's he doing with the crime fighting? lol

It's time to take another look at the Yates Village /SMHA cesspool. Yates Village was built where commercial buildings to diversify Northside which had been a REP stronghold. We need fewer/smaller public housing projects in a City
     losing population and employers.

Actually Yates Village is a lot better than it used to be.  They work hard to get rid of problem tenants.

Carney is doing a very good job.  You have to be realistic - there are a lot of things beyond the control of the criminal justice system.

renaissance people live there

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

It's better than it used to be, before there were stabbings.
Mr. Carney lets violent criminals back on the streets. He gives plea deals for open-and-shut cases.
Benny is right. Why is it that a city with less population doesn't have less public housing? And why are violent males terrorizing the residents there? We are setting the bar way too low. People aren't supposed to live this way. We don't pay enough taxes to do better? This is good enough for the people who don't pay any taxes here, I guess.

DA Carney is doing a horrible job and crime is rampant compared to when he was first elected. If there was any kind of REP Party he would have been removed decades ago. Hard to lose unopposed? Maybe he should spend less time campaigning against
the nonexistent death penalty. And more time prosecuting gang leaders and pit bull owners.

Schenectady 'leaders' decided to replace manufacturing with social services in. Anyone that thinks Yates is "better" is in the bag.

It's better, I've actually been there a lot over the past several decades.   One stabbing and people run with the headline like it is a major crime wave.  Terribly violent act but let's not use one incident to draw conclusions.

It's bad enough for most of the Schenectady Police to not live in the City of Schenectady.
