SCHENECTADY — Police are investigating an incident in which a man claiming to be a member of the city's water department talked his was into an elderly woman's home.

According to the TU editors the City of Schenectady is now a town? Keep the DEM implosion going. At this rate village of Schenectady should be next in the hopper.

The guy was probably a real city water dept employee....duh!

Who is to say that it wasn't a 'water dept employee' that was casing the joint?

Or did someone let him 'borrow' it?????

The suspect is described as a short man, with earrings, and last seen wearing the jacket and a black or dark blue knit cap.  I would think something else might be important in a description

And a day later it's announced that health workers are going door-to-door in the City to find out about residents health insurance?!? Great timing idiots!!

The poor homeowners...remember a few years ago when building inspectors demanded to go inside City homes so they could 'update' City records ...wonder where all these criminals are getting their ideas from???

Oh i'm sure this 'short guy with an earring' went out and bough a jacket that looks exactly like the ones the water dept wears, and then took it to have the words sewed/ironed on.

actually 'the jacket' is the most intriguing part to this....no?
it's the FIRST thing that stuck out for most folks who read the article.

Maybe they have a few crack heads working there, after all- democraps like to have their judges keeo potheads driving school buses, why wouldn't they want crackheads digging ditches? Besides, it is the republicans' fault.

There are many 'short men'....men with an 'earring'.....but the 'jacket' really narrows it down dontcha think?

However...don't be surprised if this issue never hits the light of day anywhere in the future!
