license application or firearms license not be a public record.  Click

To opt-out, please print and mail the completed form to to the Schenectady
County Clerk's Office to keep your information from being released.

It's a little late due to NYS pistol license holder databases being publicly
available online already. It's one of those toothpaste back into the tube
things.
